Progress and Expectations

According to Central Railway’s chief spokesperson, Shivraj Manaspure, the redevelopment projects for all three Mumbai stations are well underway and are expected to be largely completed by March 2024. The swift progress of these projects is attributed to the appointment of an architect through an open tender process and the availability of well-thought-out designs for each station. As these transformations take shape, commuters can look forward to a renewed travel experience that reflects modernity and efficiency.

With a focus on creating a modern and efficient travel experience, these redevelopments are poised to impact the lives of 2. 2 lakh daily commuters positively.
