In a shocking and tragic incident that unfolded in Kalyan East, a 20-year-old man has been accused of stabbing a 12-year-old girl multiple times. The young girl sadly lost her life while undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital. The incident took place on a Wednesday night and appears to be rooted in the man’s anger over his romantic proposal being turned down by the girl.
Anger and Rejection:
The accused, Aditya Kamble, aged 20, had reportedly proposed to the girl on two separate occasions, but his proposals were met with rejection both times. This repeated rejection appears to have ignited his anger, which tragically manifested in a violent manner.
Both the accused and the victim resided in the same locality, further highlighting the close proximity of the individuals involved in this unfortunate incident.
The events leading to the tragedy began with Aditya Kamble roaming around the girl’s residence in the Durga Darshan Society located in Tisgaon for several hours prior to the incident. His unsettling presence near the girl’s house raises questions about his intentions.
A Fateful Evening:
On the evening of the incident, around 8 pm, the 12-year-old girl returned home from a private tuition class accompanied by her mother. Little did they know the horrific turn of events that awaited them.
As the girl and her mother were ascending the stairs to their home, Aditya suddenly emerged from behind. With a shocking and sudden burst of violence, he pushed the girl’s mother aside and commenced stabbing the young girl using a knife.
In a desperate bid to protect her daughter, the girl’s mother intervened and tried to pull her away from the attacker. However, her efforts were in vain as Aditya’s aggression continues unabated.
Tragic Outcome:
The attack left the girl critically wounded, and she collapsed on the stairs with a grievous wound on her chest. The sounds of her mother’s distress drew the attention of fellow residents in the society, who rushed to the scene to find the horrifying sight.
The concerned residents acted promptly and managed to apprehend Aditya as he attempted to flee the scene. They handed him over to the police, paving the way for the law to take its course.
Despite the swift response and efforts to save her life, the injured girl succumbed to her injuries while being treated at a nearby hospital. The loss of a young life has left the community in shock and mourning.
Legal Action:
Aditya Kamble was taken into custody by the authorities. The police are currently investigating the incident, with an ongoing interrogation aimed at uncovering more details surrounding the motive and circumstances of the attack.
